What Is Mail Merge?
Mail Merge is another one of Microsoft Office's great tools for increasing efficiency in your workflow. Let's say you've got a letter, like the one I have here, and you need to send it to a long lost of individuals. Typing out each name and address individually is a long and tedious process, but by using Mail Merge, you significantly reduce the time it takes to perform this task.
Microsoft Mail Merge Basic Information
Your contacts are listed through Excel, and through Excel you merge your contacts to your documents in just a number a clicks. Getting to know Mail Merge and using Mail Merge will ultimately increase your efficiency and save you time.
