Transcript:Word Tutorial: How to Create Labels
Hello, this is Adam Watstein for About.com. Microsoft Word makes it really easy for you to create great looking labels for personal or professional use and here's how you do it.
How to Create Mailing Labels in Microsoft Word
Go into Mailings, and in Mailings you'll find Labels. Click on labels, and then from there you'll be able to type in the name and address that you want your label to read. From there, you select the postcard label box to select the type of label that you have. In this case we're using a one quarter label. Select New Document and then I'll be able to see the four labels that I'll be printing.
How to Customize Mailing Labels in Microsoft Word
From here, I could highlight and then manipulate the font on the label, I can change it's size, I can change it's color, I can make the label's design any way I wanted to be. Once I've decided on the look of my label, I can save it and print it. For more information please visit About.com.
