Transcript:Word Tutorial: How to Change Paper Size
Hello, this is Adam Watstein for About.com. Here's how to change the paper size for printing in Microsoft 2010.
Instructions for Changing the Paper Size in Word
First, go into Page Layout and then you'll find a Size button. Click on the Size button and then from there, you'll see a list of commonly used paper sizes. Select one and you'll see the adjustment in size. If you don't see the size that you need in the presets, go on down to More Paper Sizes.
Customizing the Paper Size in Microsoft Word
Here, you can customize your size. So, in the width I can make a change. In the height, I can make a change. I can see it in the Preview window. And then, selecting OK will show the immediate change in size in my workspace. From here I can print. Going up to File and then on down to Print, I can then print the page that was custom made for the size of my paper.
