Hi, I’m Nick and today for About.com, I’m going to teach you some weapons and ammo cheats for the game Fallout 3 on PC.
Fallout 3 Weapons Codes
Fallout 3 is a post-apocalyptic action role playing game, set in the year 2277. Released in 2008, the player must battle foes and explore the world in order to survive.
Cheats are entered by pressing the tilde key and then typing the code for the cheat you want. Weapon and ammo cheats require the prefix player.additem in order for them to work. You also need to add the quantity of the item you wish to spawn.
Categories of Weapons in Fallout 3
Weapons are divided into different categories; energy weapons, big guns, explosives, small guns, melee and unarmed.
To gift yourself an Alien Blaster, an energy weapon, enter the code player.additem 00004322.
Get your hands on the victory rifle, a rifle with a scope, by entering the code player.additem 000cb548.
Explosive weapons can either be hand-thrown or fired from weapons. The nuke grenade, a hand-thrown explosive, can be spawned by entering the code player.additem 00004342, while the Fat Man, a weapon-based explosive, can be spawned with the code player.additem 0000432c.
The dart gun is a great small gun weapon, as it’s silent and also contains poisoning effects. Get the dart gun by using the code player.additem 0000432a. Don’t forget, you’ll need some darts to go with your dart gun! Spawn darts by using the code player.additem 0002936e. Don’t forget to increase the quantity, as you’ll get through darts quickly!
A good melee weapon is the shishkebab, spawned by entering the code player.additem 0000434e. The Fisto! is an unarmed weapon that can be spawned by using the code player.additem 000cb601.
Fallout 3 Ammo Codes
Don’t forget to replenish your ammo as you begin to run low! Alien power cells can be spawned by entering the code player.additem 00029364, whereas the mini-nuke can be acquired by using the code player.additem 00020799.
