Stress Will Affect Your Body's Digestion
Stress will cause you fatigue and too much stress in your life will cause your adrenal glands to over work and eventually you will become unable to deal with your daily activitiesStress will effect your digestion, undo stress on your body, you are not going to be able to digest your food normally when you eat. Your food will pass through you and not be absorbed, causing diarrhea, vomiting, upset stomach or acid indigestion.
Stress Will Affect Your Body's Blood Pressure
Stress will cause your blood pressure to rise to dangerous levels increased blood pressure level will cause damage to your arterial walls and effect how your body functionstoo much stress lowers your immune system, immune response and leaves you open to a multitude of dangerous conditions and diseases.
Stress Will Affect Your Body's Nervous System
Headaches are caused by high stress, and affects your autonomic nervous system causing migraines in some cases.Too much stress causes depression, and dysfunction in your life. That is how stress affects your body.
