Unlike English, in Spanish the seasons many times have a definite article in front. All of them are masculine except for spring which is feminine:- El invierno
- La primavera
- El verano
- El otoño

En invierno me gusta ir a esquiar, divertirme en la nieve, y tomar chocolate caliente. ¿Qué te gusta hacer a ti? In the winter I love to ski, play in the snow, and have hot chocolate.
