Hola, I'm Milo for About.com and today we’re talking about conjugating the verb dar, to give, in the future tense. Dar is a completely regular verb in the future tense.
Conjugations of Dar in Future Tense
- yo daré: I will give
- tú darás: you (informal) will give
- usted dará: you (formal) will give / él/ella dará: he, she will give
- nosotros daremos: we will give
- vosotros daréis: you (plural Spain informal) will give
- ustedes darán: you (plural Latin America, Spain formal) will give / ellos/ellas darán: they will give
The future tense is one of the simplest to remember as it is the same for all verb endings er, ir, and ar. You simply add the future endings to the whole verb.Remember, because the subject is embedded in the verb, you can drop it.
