It's called Shortcut Scalloped Potato Casserole. And hash browns are the short to this recipe. No tedious and time-consuming potatoes are needed for this quick and easy recipe.
Ingredients for Shortcut Scalloped Potato CasseroleHere's what you'll need:
- 1/2 cup or 1 stick of butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 16 ounces frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 cup of butter cracker crumbs
Instructions for Making Shortcut Scalloped Potato CasseroleFirst preheat your oven to 350 degrees, and then melt the stick of butter in a large fry pan.
