Ingredients for Seven-Layer Salad
- 6 cups chopped lettuce
- Salt and pepper
- 6 Hard-boiled eggs, sliced
- 2 cups of frozen peas, thawed
- 8 – 16 ounces of bacon, crisp-cooked, drained and crumbled
- 2 cups of shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 1/4 cup of sliced green onion

Chopping the lettuce, letting the peas thaw, boiling the eggs, and making and crumbling the crispy bacon.Find a large glass bowl that will display your beautiful layers. Then add 3 cups of the lettuce into your bowl and sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
