Hey guys, Greyson Ferguson here with About.com. Today we are going to make baked red snapper.Ingredients for the Baked Red Snapper With Garlic
To begin, you’ll need: three pounds of snapper filets, one pound of chopped tomatoes, one and one half teaspoon of lemon juice, one chopped onion, two garlic cloves, parsley, a bay leaf, salt and pepper, half a cup of white wine and one green pepper.Make the Baked Red Snapper With Garlic
Set the red snapper onto a baking sheet, then pour over the lemon juice, salt and pepper. Add the oil into a separate pan and toss in the onion and garlic, then cook until the onions are brown.Include the tomatoes, parsley, wine and bay leaf and let the pan simmer until the liquid evaporates, leaving you a slightly thicker solution. Pour the tomato mixture over the fish, then insert into a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Remove the fish from the oven and enjoy with a side of rice or potatoes.
