Transcript:Crockpot Ham Tetrazzini Recipe

Hi, I’m Aubrey for About.com. Today I’m going to show you how to make crockpot ham tetrazzini using a recipe from Southernfood.about.com.

Ham Tetrazzini Ingredients:

  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups of cubed, cooked ham
  • 8 ounces sautéed mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup dry white wine
  • 1 small package spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • additional Parmesan cheese

Cook the Tettrazzini Sauce on Low

Add the cream of celery soup to the slow cooker. Now pour in the evaporated milk. Add the Parmesan cheese. Add the cubed ham. Now stir in the mushrooms. Add the butter and Pour in the white wine. Stir the ingredients thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low setting for 6 to 8 hours.

Boil the Pasta and Toss with Tettrazzini Sauce

Just before serving, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain the spaghetti. Now toss the spaghetti with the butter. Stir the spaghetti into the slow cooker.
