For this recipe, you will need:- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup butter
Mix and Heat the Pudding Ingredients
Begin by cracking the eggs into a small bowl and beating them. In a large saucepan, stir together the sugar, cornstarch and salt. Place this over medium heat and stir in the eggs and the milk. Using a whisk, stir the pudding constantly until it thickens. Now add the butter and vanilla and stir them in.Serve the Butterscotch Pudding
