Next, always try to use email instead of mailing paper letters or sending paper documents via a fax machine.

However, when you do need to use paper for businesses purposes, always use recycled paper materials when purchasing supplies for things such as mailing envelopes.

Next, save package stuffing and boxes from packages you receive in the mail so you can then reuse these materials when you are preparing packages for shipping to clients or customers.
