How to Find Middle C on the Piano
There are 88 notes on a piano, 52 which are white and are known as naturals, 36 are black are known as sharps. To locate middle C position yourself around about the middle of the piano, take not of the black notes known as sharps and how they are laid out in groups of two and three. Middle C will be the note to the left of the two black notes nearest the centre of the piano.
