Where to Find a Puss and Boots Pet Costume
A Puss in Boots costume is adorable on any cat, but it is not the easiest costume to find and purchase. There are however a handful of stores and websites that carry such a costume.
First check with your local pet supply store, you may be surprised at what you can find. If they do not have one then looking online is the way to go. Something to be aware of is that if an internet web search does not bring up any of the desired results you might try looking under musketeer or crusader cat costume.
Pieces for the Pet Costume
You can also purchase your pieces separately. Most importantly you will need boots. These should be soft and not cover the bottoms of a cats feet. Next you will need to find a hat, preferably one with a feather. A feather can easily be added to a small pet hat with hot glue if need be. Finally a cape makes for a great finishing touch. It should be simple and stay out of the way of a cats movements.
