Rachel McAdams - 'Irene' in Sherlock Holmes
Do you get into the action in this or do you have to stand back and watch these guys have all the fun?
Rachel McAdams: "No, I got to get into it too. Sometimes it was just me and they were just standing back and watching me."
What kind of things did they have you do?
Rachel McAdams: "Well, I'm hanging from a pig slaughter-like bar. You know, where the pigs go down into the..."
A hook?
Rachel McAdams: "The hooks - thank you. Thank you. Yeah, I'm hanging from the hooks and I go past the boiling water and then come out the other side, and then go past the band saw. It's pretty fun."
The trailer looks actually hilarious. Was it that much fun to work on?
Rachel McAdams: "Yeah, yeah. He [pointing to Robert Downey Jr] makes everything fun. Like he's so playful. And even when he's doing the most serious scene, you know before they call action he's like on another planet - the planet of fun. And then he's all serious."
Is he one of those guys who tells jokes right before the camera rolls so that you have to keep it together?
Rachel McAdams: "Oh yeah."
How do you keep it together?
Rachel McAdams: "Well, I'm very professional. I've been practicing. No, it's hard. I mean him and Jude are really funny together. They make such a great couple so, yeah."
