Aziz Ansari – 'Saddamn' in Observe and Report
You play Seth Rogen's adversary in this, right?Aziz Ansari: "Yes. I run a lotion stand which is good because I moisturize in real life. You know, my character is really interested in taking fruits like apricot and pomegranate and putting them in lotion form. He's kind of a sleazy dude and he and Seth do not get along at all."
How easy is it to play a sleazy dude?
Aziz Ansari: "I've been getting pretty good at it. It shouldn't be easy but it's a fun attitude to play."
You're in what's going to be one of my favorite TV series – it looks hilarious just looking at the TV commercials - Parks and Recreation.
Aziz Ansari: "Oh, thanks so much. Yeah. I'm really excited about it. It's going to be really good."
The commercials look like you're the next in line behind Amy Poehler.
Aziz Ansari: "Yeah. I'm kind of like Amy Poehler's like right-hand man who kind of thinks she's an idiot. It's really fun. He's also kind of a sleazy guy. I think someone described him as kind of like what Bill Clinton would have been like at 26. Just kind of like this smooth-talking dude, ladies' man type dude, but he's small and brown skin-colored with me playing him."
And you've also got Funny People?
Aziz Ansari: "Yeah, Funny People will be out in July. That was really fun. I play another sleazy dude in that named Randy."
You've got to stop doing that.
Aziz Ansari: "I play all these not nice, good dudes. I do not play nice guys."
I don't understand.
Aziz Ansari: "It's so much more fun to be kind of a douchebag. I'm getting typecast because of my beard."
What can we expect from Observe and Report?
Aziz Ansari: "Observe and Report is really funny. It's a different kind of comedy. It's a little bit darker and it's got an edge to it I think that's really cool. You'll definitely see things you're not going to see in other comedies ."

Aziz Ansari: "Just things I can't mention on About.com."
Doug Benson - Super High Me
You're an expert at comedy. What makes Seth Rogen so funny?Doug Benson: "I think his laugh is extremely infectious and lovable. I think women want to hug him and dudes want to hang out with him. I think he's just got… In this movie he plays kind of a harsher character. It'll be interesting to see how people react to it. It'll be harder to get the likeable part through. But I bet you he will."
You think so?
Doug Benson: "Yeah. Well, you know what I'm going to do? I'm going to observe and report back to you. …And I want people to watch my [movie]. I have a big movie debut coming up. On April 20th the G4 network is going to play my movie Super High Me which is a real documentary but it's like Super Size Me but with marijuana instead of McDonalds. And it'll be on 4/20 obviously. You know about 4/20 right? Well, it's a really special day to the people who would enjoy this movie."
I need to watch it I guess.
Doug Benson: "Yeah. You learn about something all the time, dotcom."
