Micah Sloat - Paranormal ActivityYou look different.
Micah Sloat: "Do I? What's different? What's changed?"
Maybe it's because you don't look scared.
Micah Sloat: "That could be it."
What was it like working on it?
Micah Sloat: "It was scary."
Was it as freaky as it seems?
Micah Sloat: "Katie is terrifying when she wants to be. She can be both scared and scary. She's a double threat."
Did you expect that to take off the way it did?
Micah Sloat: "I mean, if you made a Youtube video on your cell phone, would you expect anything?"
Micah Sloat: "So there you go."
I've heard that the house itself had a history.
Micah Sloat: "Yes. Actually the house is what gave Oren Peli, the director, the idea to do the movie in the first place. He was hearing weird sounds at night, and that's how he got the idea."
And you voluntarily went into there?
Micah Sloat: "Yes."
So are you one of those people who when a voice comes and says, "Get out," would you get out?
Micah Sloat: "No, I'd probably get a camera. I'll be honest, that's probably what I'd really do."
What are you working on next?
Micah Sloat: "Well, I've got something now that I'm shooting that I can't tell you about it. Then in a couple of it's looking like I'll be starring opposite John Rhys-Davies in a new project that's going to be filmed in Europe."
What are you going to be playing?
Micah Sloat: "I can't tell you the details about that yet."
What can you tell me?
Micah Sloat: "I can just tell you I've never been more excited about a project. That one's going to be really close to my heart."
What are you looking forward today, because stuff about Paranormal Activity?
Micah Sloat: "I'm really looking forward to seeing what crazy stuff happens. This is MTV Movie Awards and they always have something up their sleeve - and they've got to top last year."
I don't think they're going to.
Micah Sloat: "You don't think so."
Micah Sloat: "They're going to try."
They can try, but how can you top Sacha Baron Cohen putting his butt in [Eminem's] face?
Micah Sloat: "I don't know, but I'm looking forward to seeing it."
If you were on the receiving end of that, would you have been freaking out?
Micah Sloat: "Probably, but afterward I would have loved it."
