Terry Crews - 'Hackman' in Gamer
Tell me about Gamer because it look pretty cool and those two directors are crazy.
Terry Crews: "They crazy. I knew they were crazy when they put a guy on a motorbike, shot him in the air, shot him with machine guns, then he exploded, and then he fell to his death. I was like, 'No, I think that guy was dead on the first bullet way back,' you know? I mean, they took it to a whole other level. It is a return to the good old fashioned rated R, sci-fi flick, which is now everyone's been dumbing it down. I'm like, 'Dude, when you're making a cartoon out of Terminator, we got a problem.' You know what I mean? I don't know anybody here who wasn't disappointed by that. And it's like, 'Yo, when are we going to get what we want?' And Mark and Brian give you what you want."
What do they do to you in this movie?
Terry Crews: "Well, I'm going to leave that up to a surprise. I get a double dose of something bad."
And do you deserve it?
Terry Crews: "Oh yeah. Oh, you're going to be happy when it happens to me. I'm really super... There's nothing funny about me in this movie. That's a big difference."
That's very different.
Terry Crews: "I basically take the guy from White Chicks and kill him. It's a total different deal. People are going to be - hopefully they're shocked. I like that. Anything is better than boring."
