Rebecca Murray from About.com Hollywood Movies at the LA premiere of Summit Entertainment's The Twilight Saga: Eclipse.
Kristen Stewart - 'Bella' in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
Would you say Bella is braver in Eclipse? Would you say that's true?Kristen Stewart: "I think that she's just a little bit more... She hasn't gained any self-assurance. She's always really been very self-possessed. But at this point I feel like she is appreciating the fact that people respect her, and that the whole family's not looking at her like she's a dumb kid who doesn't know what she wants. It's actually just Edward she needs to finally convince, and he's the hardest one. But she's a grown up and that's like very necessary for the boy."
Will we ever see you in the lead in a romantic comedy?
Kristen Stewart: "I would love to do that."
What advice do you have for 17 year olds out there who are going through something similar to Bella?
Kristen Stewart: "A similar situation to Bella?"
As similar as it can be.
Kristen Stewart: "Right, right, right. I would say just trust yourself. I don't want to say don't trust anyone else, but as long as you trust yourself and let the right ones in, just go with your gut - I'd say."
And out of everyone - Jacob, Edward, and Dakota - who's the best kisser?
Kristen Stewart: "Dakota."
What's the best part of tonight?
Kristen Stewart: "All these guys."
Billy Burke - 'Charlie' in The Twilight Saga
David said that he let you just ad-lib as much as you wanted to do.Billy Burke: "David Slade said that?"
Yes, he did.
Billy Burke: "Yeah, I mean he was what all great directors should have been and that is trusting of his actors. You know, I've been playing this role for a few days now and so, yeah, that working relationship was great and I really appreciated that. And I think, I haven't seen the movie yet, but in terms of what we shot, we let a lot of that stuff kind of happen organically to see what would come out."
Because you're pretty much a scene-stealer.
Billy Burke: "Really? Well thanks. I appreciate that."
You haven't seen the movie?
Billy Burke: "I know. Well, I would have seen this movie but I've been a little busy these last couple of weeks. Busy is really good, yeah."
The scene where you and Bella discuss her virginity is the most wonderfully awkward scene ever. Talk about filming that.
Billy Burke: "Like I said, we didn't come with... And Kris and I actually work in very similar ways. We don't do a lot of over-thinking or over-preparation. So we just kind of wanted to see what would happen. We were given the situation and let it kind of come out, and that's what happened."
Have you ever had to have the talk before?
Billy Burke: "Well, my daughter is two years old, and I don't remember having that talk with my parents and I don't know anybody who actually has. I always thought that that was an actual myth. But apparently it does happen...so the answer is no."
Are there any particular scenes you're looking forward to in Breaking Dawn?
Billy Burke: "Yeah, that one. Oh, in Breaking Dawn? I wouldn't know because I haven't read the books. It's widely known I haven't read the books so I don't know what happens. Apparently I become a grandfather to a vampire baby. That should be awesome."
Something you've always wanted to play?
Billy Burke: "Yeah. Looking forward to it."
