Chloe Moretz - Hugo Cabret and Kick-Ass 2

First off, I hear that Kick Ass 2 isn't definite yet, but can I just say you need to go back and do that again.

Chloe Moretz: "Oh, thank you so much."

I love that movie.

Chloe Moretz: "Thank you. And it would be great to do."

Would you be willing to train and do everything all over again?

Chloe Moretz: "Oh yeah, train even harder and go even deeper with the character, and show the true climax of Hit Girl."

And you just worked with Martin Scorsese.

Chloe Moretz: "I did. I worked with him in The Invention of Hugo Cabret."

It's his first 3D film. Was it different for him, do you think?

Chloe Moretz: "Yes. He had to relearn kind of where to put the camera. I mean, you can't put this gigantic camera beside a toilet, you know? You can't do it like he usually does. But we made it work and it's a beautiful film. It's absolutely beautiful."

Can you tell me anything about it?

Chloe Moretz: "I can't really say anything. It's a period drama set in the 1930s, and I play a girl named Isabelle."

What was he like as a director compared to all of the directors you've worked with. You worked with a lot of good directors up to this point in your career.

Chloe Moretz: "I mean, I think it's just the fact that he's Martin Scorsese. It's just the way he...the people he surrounds himself with and the way he can make that shot a Martin Scorsese shot, you know? It's just the way he does his work; I can't really explain it. You have to be there to understand his thing."

How is he interacting with actors?

Chloe Moretz: "He becomes your best friend. I mean he seriously...he was like a father to me. He looked over me, cared for me. He loved me."

Is Hugo Cabret aiming for an older adult audience?

Chloe Moretz: "No, I think it relates to everyone. It's kids...it's actually his first kind of younger-type film, but also since it has all these different aspects adults will really love it too."

And you're looking forward to I Am Number Four?

Chloe Moretz: "I'm very excited. I love Dianna Agron and Alex Pettyfer, so I can't wait."

Are you a fan of Glee?

Chloe Moretz: "I am a fan of Glee."

When are they going to put you on?

Chloe Moretz: "I mean I wish! I wish."

Can you sing?

Chloe Moretz: "I can sing."
