BooBoo Stewart – 'Seth Clearwater' in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse

So now you're a wolf and everybody recognizes you for that. How crazy is that?

BooBoo Stewart: "It's pretty cool. He's actually a shapeshifter."

That's right. They don't really call them wolves. What was that like on set? David Slade directed the one that you're in, right?

BooBoo Stewart: "He was incredible, a hilarious guy. He's really cool, just a really nice person. Everyone on set was extremely nice and I just had a great time."

Do you play mostly with the wolfpack? Is that who your scenes are with?

BooBoo Stewart: "Yeah. I'm mostly with the wolfpack. And it was just really fun. I had a great time."

They seem to be pretty intense and they all have the 'wolfpack' tattoos. Do you have the tattoo?

BooBoo Stewart: "I won't say anything… All I can say is it was awesome. It's a dream come true, you know? This Twilight saga is incredible right now and it's so huge. People are camping out over there. [Fans had been lined up for days waiting for the New Moon premiere scheduled for two days after the Planet 51 premiere]. It was awesome."

Do you have many action scenes, because you can do action?

BooBoo Stewart: "I can't say."

Have you seen your wolf? Don't say what it's like, but have you seen it?

BooBoo Stewart: "No."

You've got to be Team Jacob, right?

BooBoo Stewart: "I have to be Team Jacob I think. We're Team Seth. My mom is president."

Did you read the books before you got the role?

BooBoo Stewart: "Yes. For the audition I wanted to be really prepared and know the story, so I read the books."

What did you think?

BooBoo Stewart: "Stephenie Meyer – she did a great job, you know? They can't be any better. They're amazing."

Where do you stand on this whole werewolf versus vampire thing?

BooBoo Stewart: "I'd rather be a shapeshifter. Of course. I mean, think about it. A vampire couldn't even be standing here right now."

All right, since this is an alien movie, do you believe in aliens?

BooBoo Stewart: "I don't know. I haven't really thought about it you. I think it'd be really awesome if there were. I think that would be really cool, unless they wanted to attack us. If they were nice, like I hope these are, then that'd be really cool. But if they're freaks, or what we think are freaks, they would think we're freaks – that's the whole point of the movie."
