BooBoo Stewart - 'Seth Clearwater' in The Twilight Saga: Eclipse
Now we know the director of Breaking Dawn. Have you met with him yet?BooBoo Stewart: "No, I have not."
Do you know his work?
BooBoo Stewart: "I don't know his name. Who is it?"
Bill Condon.
BooBoo Stewart: "Sounds good."
They didn't tell you the name of the director of the fourth movie?
BooBoo Stewart: "Sounds good. I don't really know anything. No one really knows anything."
Are you ready for this big premiere that's coming up at the end of June and the craziness of it?
BooBoo Stewart: "I'm totally ready for June 24th. I'm actually going to go to the premiere in London also, so I'll be there. I'm just really having a good time. Twilight's amazing and I can't wait for it to come out."
Tell me about your action scenes because I was talking to a bunch of your werewolves yesterday and they were all telling me how cool the action is in this movie.
BooBoo Stewart: "It's going to be extremely awesome. Unfortunately I didn't get to do any of it because it's all the wolf, but the computer guys are going to make it look really awesome."
It would be really cool if they actually let you do it so at least you feel like you're doing the action.
BooBoo Stewart: "That would be a lot cooler if we could dress up in wolf outfits and go on our knees and act like the wolves. But unfortunately the fans wouldn't like that so..."
Tell me about playing Seth, because he's a pretty cool character.
BooBoo Stewart: "It's really awesome. He's like kind of the peacemaker between Edward and Jacob. He's friends with both of them, you know? He's the only wolf who's a friend of both, so I think that's really awesome."
When you read the books did you like that character?
BooBoo Stewart: "Oh yeah, I definitely did. He just seems like a down to earth guy, you know?"
He's a kid you'd hang out with?
BooBoo Stewart: "Yeah, totally. Totally, except when he's a wolf. Then I would stand off, but other than that."
Have they told you when you're going to film Breaking Dawn?
BooBoo Stewart: "I wish I knew, but I don't know anything."
It would be nice if they actually have you a heads up of when you're going to be busy.
BooBoo Stewart: "That would be cool. But they're doing their own thing right now and we're just ready for Eclipse. Eclipse is coming out June 30th and I'm really excited."
Why should people be more into werewolves than they're into vampires?
BooBoo Stewart: "Because they're awesome and they can go out, they can go to the beach, right? They can surf. They can go skateboarding during the day. What else can they do?"
And they don't sparkle.
BooBoo Stewart: "Exactly, they don't sparkle."
They don't drink blood.
BooBoo Stewart: "That's big one - they don't drink blood. And they turn into wolves."
