Start by applying a concealer just outside of the lip area and blend to create a blank palette.Line Your Lips
Next, using a lip liner in a shade similar to your own lip color or 1 to 2 shades darker, line your entire lips, from just slightly outside your natural line. Fill in the entire lip and smudge any rough edges.Apply Color for Fuller Lips
Apply a lipstick to the entire lip. Dab a bit of a reflective eyeshadow in the center of the top and bottom lip.Finish the Fuller Lip Look With Gloss
