Hello, I'm Wayne Kawamoto with About.com. On this video, I'm going to teach you how to make a balloon animal dog. Here's what you'll need. A 260 balloon. A balloon pump.

Inflate the Balloon and Twist

Inflate the balloon and leave a one-inch uninflated end. Tie off the balloon. Starting with the nozzle end, make a basic balloon twist about 1.5 inches long. Make two basic balloon twists about an inch each. Create a lock twist to secure the segment.

Create Parts of the Dog

Make a basic balloon twist about three inches long followed by two more basic twists. Create a lock twist to secure the segment. You've created the front of the dog. Make a basic balloon twist about four or five inches long. This is the body.

Finish Making the Balloon Animal Dog

Make two more basic balloon twists. Create a lock twist to secure the segment. The remainder of the balloon forms the tail. You have made the dog balloon animal.
