Supplies for Juggling Balls

Heres a couple of things you will need:
  • some juggling balls of some sort
  • a wide open space
  • and hand eye coordination

Technique for Juggling Balls

Alright so today we are going to learn how to juggle. I've got 4 easy steps for you to learn how to juggle. You will be juggling in no time.

First Step for Juggling Balls

Step 1, you want to find something to juggle. Now it can be anything from a tennis ball, golf ball, or baseball or even go to a local toy store and find some juggling balls like these. Alright now that you got something to juggle we are going to move onto step 2.

Second Step for Juggling Balls

Step 2, you are going to grab one of those items. You don't need these two. And you begin to throw this ball back in forth. Once you get comfortable throwing this one back and forth it's time to move on to step 3.

Third Step for Juggling Balls

Alright now that you got one ball down it's time to throw another into the mix. I want you to grab one juggling ball in each hand and you throw off with whatever hand is more dominent for you.. for me it's the right and here we go. You're going to throw the right into left hand and quickly throw left into the right hand. You're going to continue this motion until its quite comfortable. And when you get that down, now you're on to step 4.

Fourth Step for Juggling Balls

Alright now that you're juggling two balls like a pro, it's time to throw a 3rd and final ball into the mix. So now what you're going to do is put 2 balls in one hand and 1 ball in 1 hand. And then you're going to lead off with the hand that has 2 balls in it. And what we are going to do is 1 full rotation. Are you ready? Here we go.

You want to get as comfortable with this as possible and keeping your arms at a 90 degree angle. and once your doing this regularly and comfortably your ready to continue it. Next thing you know my friends you'll be juggling. Thanks for watching, to learn more, visit us on the web at About.com
