Tips for Cooking With Almond Meal
You might need to use more eggs when baking with almond meal. They help hold the recipe together. Almond meal is not good for recipes that would normally be made with a yeast dough, like homemade bread. But it's great for recipes like cookies, muffins and quick breads, pie crusts and more. You can even use almond meal to make low carb candies, like these high protein peanut butter balls. Dip them in crushed almonds and coconut for a truly special treat. Thanks for watching.
