First start by chopping the garlic. Then place it into a medium sized bowl. Next squeeze the juice from the lemon and the 3 oranges. And finally, add 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar.

In a separate baking pan, season the pork chops with adobo on both sides. pour the marinade, cover with a plastic wrap, and let it marinade overnight.

When you're ready to cook, grill the pork chops over a low or medium to low flame. Cook each side for 10 to 15 minutes. As for the remaining marinade, pour it into a small pot over low heat. Add 1 tablespoon of flour and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar. Mix it well until the marinade becomes thick. You can use it a dipping sauce that goes well with the pork chops.
