Hi, I'm Jake for About.com, and today I'm gonna show you how to make an adobo dry rub.
Mix Spices to Make Adobo Dry Rub
In a bowl, start with:
- 6 tbsp of salt
- 6 tbsp of garlic powder
- 2 tbsp of onion powder
- 4 tbsp of oregano
- 2 tbsp of black pepper
- 2 tbsp of turmeric
Mix all the ingredients together, and store it in an air tight container.
Season Favorite Meats with Adobo Dry Rub
When you're ready to use it, simply sprinkle or rub the seasoning onto your favorite meats such as pork, beef, or chicken.
