Hi, my name is Linda Hermesman and I'm here for About.com. Today I will show you how to create eight easy napkin displays for a set table.

Easy Napkin Displays Using a Dinner Plate

The first display uses one large dinner plate, and a place card that sits on top of the napkin. Fold the napkin into a small square and lay it on the plate. Center the place card on the napkin.

The next display uses one large dinner plate. Fold the napkin into a small triangle and wrap the left and right corners around the inside edges of the plate. The result should be the napkin positioned upright with a slight angle.

This display uses one large dinner plate and one small salad plate. Fold the napkin into a rectangle. Place it diagonally on the large plate. Now put the small salad plate directly on top.

This display uses one large dinner plate and one small salad plate. Fold the napkin into a square. Place it on the large dinner plate. Fold under each of the four napkin corners. Now place the small salad plate on top.

Easy Napkin Displays Using Wine Glasses

The next display uses one white wine glass. Fold the napkin into a triangle and place it over the glass with the right corner aimed towards you. Push the napkin into the glass while holding the left corner so it sticks upright. Now push the remaining two corners into the glass.

This display uses one white wine glass. Fold the napkin into a rectangle and wrap it around the inside of the glass, with the fold on the bottom. Push the inside corners down into the glass.

This display uses one red wine glass. Fold the napkin into a square and push it down into the glass. Fold three corners of the napkin into the glass and leave the right sided one hanging over the rim.

The final display uses one red wine glass. Fold the napkin into a square. Roll the napkin into a fan, then fold both sides together. Place the folded side into the center of the glass. Now spread open the folds of the napkin.
