You can, as an employee, feel comfortable taking your questions and concerns to a human resources manager. Human resources management is about understanding and relating to employees as individuals, understanding their individual needs and career goals. It's also about creating a positive work environment, somewhere that's constructive and productive.

Human resources managers will identify areas that suffer from lack of knowledge in certain areas, and provide remedies and solutions. They might offer workshops and trainings that employees can attend to better that situation. Human resources management is about accountability.
