Generally, Human Resources (HR) is the office in any corporate or big business that ensure daily operations run smoothly and that the right candidates join the team. With any company, it begins in HR and ends in HR.
Purpose of Human Resources
HR typically makes sure that the company is running in compliance and awareness with city and state laws. In addition, they recruit the best candidates that they can find to join the company team keep their files and information confidential, and trains them for optimum performance. HR also ensures that employee conduct consistently stays consistent and up to par.

HR also is in charge of employee incentives, compensations, and benefits. Company design, development, and future plans are also found in the HR department. HR is also consistently involved in keeping up company morale as well as planning company outings. You can also typically find a supervisor, recruiter, manager, trainer, labor/employee relations, and business consultants working within the HR department.
