Hi I'm Don Schechter for About.com Computing. Today, I will show you how to search in Photoshop Elements using tags.

Select a Photo Tag to Search

OPEN Photoshop Elements
CLICK 'View and Organize icon
CLICK box next to the Favorites icon to choose only favorites*
SELECT the 'Not Box' next to the Favorites icon to see all pictures that aren't tagged as favorites

*If you are searching for a different and/or personalized tag (i.e. family photos) select the box next to that folder. You can also select multiple tags, narrowing your search by cross referencing.

Excluding Photos From Tag Search

RIGHT CLICK a tag
CHOOSE 'Exclude Photos' which helps for finding photos with one person/subject
