Hi, I'm Shane Murphy, your technology Guru for About.com. Today we'll review all the ways YouTube lets you share videos across the web.Embed YouTube Videos
The YouTube page for each video contains all the tools you need to share in different ways, the most popular being the embed function.Click the embed button and a range of options will drop down, allowing you to easily customize the appearance of your video on a different web page. The preview on the right will show what adjusting the color scheme will look like. You can also adjust the resolution of the video to whatever you want, although you can't change the aspect ratio.
When you're ready, right click and copy the field of HTML code at the top and simply paste this into the code for your web page where you want it displayed. Blogs and other similar sites will usually have "Edit HTML" options designed to create fields to accept this code for embedding.
Share YouTube Videos Within Social Networking
You can share your video within different social network sites by clicking the share button, then selecting the network you want to share on. If you're not already logged in, you'll be prompted to do so.
