Hi, this is Angela with About.com and here is a tour of Harpoon Brewery in Boston.

History of Harpoon Brewery in Boston

Harpoon Brewery was founded in 1986 on the Boston waterfront. This was the beginning of the craft brewing revolution in America. Breweries at that time had changed from being part of their local communities to distant companies. The founders of Harpoon Brewery wanted to bring the rich beer culture they found in Europe to New England. They have since received a warm reception not only in New England but also in 25 states in which their beers are currently distributed.

Tips for Attending a Tour of Harpoon Brewery in Boston

They now produce over 160,000 barrels annually and Harpoon's annual beer production makes them the ninth largest craft brewer in America.
