Bonjour! I'm Debra Weber for About.com Food, and today we're going to learn how to make a Sunny Day. This refreshing cocktail comes to you directly from France.Sunny Day Cocktail Ingredients
To make a Sunny Day, you're going to need:- some ice
- a tall glass
- 4 ounces of grapefruit juice
- 1-1 1/2 ounces of Benedictine
- just a small splash of grenadine
Mix the Cocktail
To make a Sunny Day, fill your glass about halfway with some ice. Add your one to one and a half ounces of Benedictine, your four ounces of grapefruit juice, and finish with a little splash of grenadine.
