Hi I’m Bonnie Zaiss for About.com, Here’s a fun and easy Halloween punch for your next Halloween party.Make Halloween Candy Ice Cubes for the Punch
Add a special surprise to your punch with these creepy but yummy ice cubes! Start with your ice cubes the night before the party. Take 2 empty ice cube trays and add these fun gummy candies to each cube. We’re using gummy worms and these Halloween themed candies including fake vampire teeth, human hearts, severed body parts and eyeballs! What fun! Look for a variety of options at your local Halloween shop. Place one piece of candy in each cube compartment. Don’t worry if the candy sticks out. It’ll just add to the creepiness! Pour a bright green sports drink into the ice trays then freeze overnight. The next day, carefully remove the cubes from the ice trays and set aside in the freezer.Use Soda and Sherbert to Make the Halloween Punch Foam
Here are the other ingredients you’ll need for the punch: 1 bottle of a green energy drink or sweet fruity beverage, 2 2-liter bottles of lemon-lime soda, 1 container of lime sherbet. Put all the ingredients together in a large punch bowl right before guests arrive. Don’t forget to add your creepy ice cubes. Serve in green or Halloween-themed cups. Hang left over gummy worms around the punch bowl and cups for a fun decoration. Try this same recipe with orange or blood-red-colored beverages. Be creative and have fun! Thanks for watching.
