Hi, I’m Shane Murphy, your technology Guru for About.comToday we’ll show how to create an email signature in Outlook.
How to Create a New Outlook Signature
First click on “Tools” in the top left, and then “options” at the very bottom. Now click the “mail format” tab in the center, and then the signatures button towards the bottom.Click on the left tab “email signatures”, then on the “new” button underneath it.
Title Your Outlook Signature
You’ll be prompted to enter a title for this specific signature, so enter one that’s appropriate.Enter the Outlook Signature
Now you can enter your signature in the large field below just as if you were typing a word document.
