Today we’ll show how to create an email signature in Outlook.
How to Create a New Outlook SignatureFirst click on “Tools” in the top left, and then “options” at the very bottom. Now click the “mail format” tab in the center, and then the signatures button towards the bottom.
Click on the left tab “email signatures”, then on the “new” button underneath it.
Title Your Outlook SignatureYou’ll be prompted to enter a title for this specific signature, so enter one that’s appropriate.
Enter the Outlook SignatureNow you can enter your signature in the large field below just as if you were typing a word document. When you’re finished, click “OK” twice and your signature will attach itself to the end of your emails.
