Hi, I’m Shane Murphy, your technology Guru for About.com. Today we’ll show how to find your Outlook emails stored on your computer.How to Find Files with Stored Email
With outlook open, click on “file”, then “Data File Management”.Under the “data files” tab, click your main data file to highlight it. Now click the “open folder” button.
This will open the containing folder, which should already have your .pst file highlighted inside of it. From here you can back it up as you would any other file.
