Hi. My name is Kevin Ang from the Royal Oak in Brooklyn New York, and today I'm going to show you how to make a Better Sidecar.Better Sidecar Ingredients
For the better sidecar you'll need:- 2 Ounces of Bourbon
- 1 Ounce of Cointreau
- Half an ounce of lemon juice
- 1 Ounce of orange juice
Mixing your Better Sidecar
To make the Better Sidecar, youll need a shaker, fill it up with ice about 3/4 full. And instead of cognac, use bourbon, two ounces.Add half an ounce of cointreau and another half ounce of fresh lemon juice, and about an ounce of orange juice. Shake.
And there you have a better sidecar.
