Hi I'm Brice from Bubble lounge in New York City for About.com Food, and today I'm going to show you how to make a Martinez.

Martinez Ingredients

To make the Martinez you're going to need:
  • 1 ounce of gin
  • 3/4 ounce of try vermouth
  • 1/4 of triple sec
  • a dash of bitters
  • a lemon twist with a martini glass, chilled

Mixing a Martinez

So you will need to pour the gin in the mixing glass full of ice, the dry vermouth, the triple sec, a dash of orange bitters and you just have to shake it. Empty the ice. And just pour in the glass, and after that take the lemon twist and garnish. And that's how you make a Martinez.
