Hi, I’m Josh from Annie’s Cafe & Bar in Denver Colorado. I’m here for About.com to show you how to make variations on a Long Island iced tea.

Long Island Iced Tea

To get started, I’m going to show you how to make a traditional Long Island iced tea. You will need:

• 1/2 oz of triple sec
• 1/2 oz of light rum
• 1/2 oz of gin
• 1/2 oz of vodka
• 1/2 oz of tequila
• 1 oz of sour mix
• cola
• and a lemon wedge for garnish

I’ll start by showing you how to make this cocktail in a shaker and then strain into a collins glass. Pour 1/2 oz of triple sec into a shaker filled with ice. Now add 1/2 oz of light rum. Pour in 1/2 oz of gin. Add 1/2 oz of vodka. Go ahead and add in 1/2 oz of tequila. Pour in 1 oz of sour mix. Add a dash of cola. Shake very well. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice. Now garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.

Long Beach Iced Tea

Next, I’m going to show you how to make a Long Beach iced tea. You will need:

• 1/2 oz of vodka
• 1/2 oz of light rum
• 1/2 oz of tequila
• 1/2 oz of gin
• 1/2 oz of triple sec
• 1 oz of sour mix
• 1 oz of cranberry juice
• and a lemon for garnish

Again, I’m going to show you how to make this cocktail in a shaker and strain into a collins glass. the ingredients in a collins glass. Stir. Pour 1/2 oz of vodka into a shaker filled with ice. Now add 1/2 oz of light rum, pour in 1/2 oz of tequila, 1/2 oz of gin, 1/2 oz of triple sec, 1 oz of sour mix, 1 oz of cranberry juice, and a lemon for garnish.

Savannah Iced Tea

Now, i’m going to show you how to make a Savannah iced tea. You will need:

• 1/2 oz peach schnapps
• 1/2 oz rum
• 1/2 oz Southern Comfort
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 1/2 oz vodka
• 1 oz sour mix
• splash of cranberry juice
• splash of lemon-lime soda
• an orange slice and a cherry for garnish

Again, I will show you how to build this in a collins glass. Pour 1/2 oz peach schnapps into an ice-filled collins glass. Add 1/2 oz of rum. Pour in 1/2 oz of Southern Comfort. Now go ahead and add 1/2 oz of triple sec. Next, add 1/2 oz of vodka. Pour in an oz of sour mix. Add a splash of cranberry juice, now add a splash of lemon-lime soda. Garnish with an orange slice,and a cherry. Add a straw and serve.

Hawaiian Iced Tea

Finally, I’m going to show you how to make a Hawaiian iced tea. You will need:

• 1/2 oz vodka
• 1/2 oz light rum
• 1/2 oz tequila
• 1/2 oz gin
• 1/2 oz triple sec
• 1 oz sour mix
• 1 oz pineapple juice
• an orange and a cherry for garnish

Pour 1/2 oz of vodka into an ice-filled collins glass. Now, add 1/2 oz of light rum, next add 1/2 oz tequila, pour in 1/2 oz of gin. Add 1/2 oz of triple sec. Pour in 1 oz of sour mix. Add 1 oz of pineapple juice. Now garnish with an orange, and a cherry. You are ready to serve.
