Hello, My name is Amanda Herztler and I am a mixologist at The St Julien Hotel and Spa in Boulder, Colorado and today I am here with About.com to show you how to make an Irish car bomb. The Irish car bomb is a great drink to have when you are hanging out with your friends. It's a drink that you have a shot with with some Guinness, and you have to chug it; it's a lot of fun to drink.
Irish Car Bombs are Shots Dropped in Guinness
How we make this is you are going to pour a half a shot of Baileys and you want to pour the Baileys first and coat it on the bottom. Then you top that off with some Jameson Irish whiskey. To serve this cocktail you just give then the Guinness and the shot on the side and they will be able to drop it in for themselves when they are ready to drink it.
Chug the Irish Car Bomb
