Transcript:How to Make a Pomegranate Gin Fizz
Hello, my name is Amanda Hetzler and I am a mixologist at the St Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, Colorado and today I am here with about.com to show you how to make a pomegranate gin fizz. The pomegranate gin fizz is a great drink; it also uses that pomegranate juice which can be used in a lot of other martinis, cocktails, you can even make it with a vodka and pomegranate juice, so you can really use it as a great mixer.
Shake the Pomegranate Gin Fizz
You are going to serve it in that highball. To begin, you are going to fill up that shaker with ice. You are going to pour two ounces of gin, you are going to do an ounce of pomegranate juice, as well as an ounce of cranberry juice.
Pour the Gin Fizz into a Highball
