Hello, my name is Amanda Hertzler, I am a mixologist at the St. Julien Hotel & Spa in Boulder, Colorado and today I am here with About.com to discuss how to make a lemon drop shot.
Strain Chilled Vodka Shot
For that lemon drop shot, you are going to have your low shot glass and you are going to chill the vodka. First, you fill your shaker up with ice. You then pour 1 1/2 ounces of vodka; you are going to chill that. Then you are going to strain it into that shot glass.
Serve Vodka Shot with Sugared Lemon
