Hi, I’m Josh from Annie’s Cafe & Bar in Denver Colorado. I’m here for About.com to show you how to make 5 easy dessert cocktails.
Nuts & Berries Cocktail:
To get started, I’m going to show you how to make a nuts & berries cocktail. You will need: 1 oz hazelnut liqueur, 1 oz raspberry liqueur, and about 2 oz cream Pour 1 oz of hazelnut liqueur into an ice-filled high ball glass. Add 1 oz of raspberry liqueur. Now top with cream. Add a straw, give it a quick stir, and you are ready to serve. 2.
White Russian Cocktail:
Next, I’m going to show you how to make a white Russian. You will need: 2 oz vodka, 1 oz coffee liqueur, and light cream. Pour 2 oz of vodka into a high ball glass filled with ice. Now, add 1 oz of coffee liqueur. Top with the light cream. Add a straw, give it a quick stir, and you are ready to serve.
Espresso Martini Cocktail:
Next, I’m going to show you how to make an espresso martini. You will need: 1 oz of chilled espresso, 1 1/2 oz of vodka, 1 1/2 oz of coffee liqueur, 1 oz of white creme de cacao. Pour 1 oz of chilled espresso into a shaker filled with ice. Now pour in 1 1/2 oz of vodka. Next, add 1 1/2 oz of coffee liqueur. Add 1 oz of white creme de cacao. Shake very well. Now, take the chocolate syrup and swirl it into a chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixture into this glass and you are ready to serve.
Chocolate Martini Cocktail:
4 oz of chocolate liqueur, 1 oz of vodka, 1 oz of amaretto, chocolate syrup. Pour 4 oz of chocolate liqueur into an ice-filled shaker. Now add 1 oz of vodka. Pour in 1 oz of amaretto. Shake well. Now swirl a little of the chocolate syrup in a chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixture into the glass and you are ready to serve.
Orange Whip Cocktail:
Finally, I’m going to show you how to make an orange whip. You will need: 1/2 oz of Irish cream, 1/2 oz of amaretto, 1/2 oz of triple sec, 4 oz of orange juice. Pour 1/2 oz of Irish cream into an ice-filled shaker. Now, pour in 1/2 oz of amaretto. Add 1/2 oz of triple sec. Pour in 4 oz of orange juice. Shake very well.
