Transcript:How to Make 5 Coffee Cocktails

Hi, I’m Josh from Annie’s Cafe & Bar in Denver Colorado. I’m here for About.com to show you how to make 5 coffee cocktails.

Irish Coffee Cocktail:

To get started, I’m going to show you how to make an Irish Coffee. You will need: 2 1/2 oz of black coffee, 1 1/2 oz of Irish whiskey, 1 tsp of brown sugar, and whipped cream for a garnish. Pour 1 1/2 oz of Irish whiskey into a coffee mug. Now top with hot, black coffee. Add in 1 tsp of brown sugar. Give it a stir. Garnish with whipped cream and you are ready to serve.

Irish Winter Cocktail:

Next, I will show you how to make an Irish Winter, a variation on the Irish Coffee. Before you begin, you will need: 1 oz of Irish whiskey, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, black coffee, and a little whipped cream. To get started, pour an ounce of whiskey into a coffee mug. Now go ahead and add 1 oz of coffee liqueur. Cover this mixture with hot coffee. Garnish with a little whipped cream fand you are ready to serve.

Irish Kiss Cocktail:

Now, I will show you how to make an Irish Kiss. You will need: 1 oz of Irish cream, 1 oz of coffee liqueur, black coffee, and whipped cream for a garnish. Pour 1 oz of Irish cream into a coffee mug. Now add 1 oz of coffee liqueur. Cover this with black coffee. Give it a quick stir. Add whipped cream for a garnish and serve.

Jamaican Coffee Cocktail:

Next, I’m going to show you how to make a Jamaican coffee. You will need: 1 oz dark rum, 1 oz coffee flavored liqueur, hot coffee, and whipped cream for a garnish. Pour 1 oz of dark rum into a coffee mug. Now add 1 oz of coffee flavored liqueur. Top with hot coffee. Garnish with whipped cream and serve.

Belgian Coffee Cocktail:

Finally, I will show you how to make a Belgian Coffee. You will need: 1 oz Irish cream, 1 oz of triple sec, and hot coffee. Pour 1 oz of Irish cream into a coffee mug. Add 1 oz of triple sec.
