Transcript:How to Make 5 Beer Cocktails

Hi, I’m Josh from Annie’s Cafe & Bar in Denver Colorado. I’m here for About.com to show you how to make 5 beer cocktails.

Black & Tan Cocktail:

To get started, I’m going to show you how to make a black & tan. You will need: 8 oz of stout beer, 8 oz of Blue Moon beer: Start by pouring the pale ale into a pint glass. Next you will pour the stout beer over a spoon into the glass. Pouring it over a spoon will ensure separation. Give it a moment to settle before serving.

Black & Blue Cocktail:

Next, I’m going to show you how to make a black & blue. You will need: 8 oz of stout beer, 8 oz of pale ale beer: Start by pouring the Blue Moon into a pint glass. Next you will pour the stout beer over a spoon into the glass. Again, pouring it over a spoon will ensure separation. Give this a moment to settle and serve.

Black & Brown Cocktail:

Now, I’m going to show you how to make a black & brown. You will need: 8 oz of stout beer and 8 oz of root beer. Pour the root beer into a pint glass. Now top it off with 8 oz of stout beer. You don’t need to pour them in a specific order because separation doesn’t matter with this drink.

Evil Corona Cocktail:

Next, I'll show you how to make an evil Corona. You'll need: 2 oz of citrus vodka, 1 bottle of Corona, and 1 wedgeof lime. To begin, pour 2 oz of corona into a glass. Now replace with 2 oz of citrus vodka. Garnish with a lime and serve.

Caribbean Boiler Maker Cocktail:

Finally, I’m going to show you how to make a Caribbean Boiler Maker. You will need: 1 bottle of Corona, 1 shot of light rum, and a lime wedge. To begin, pour the Corona into an pint glass. Now pour in the rum. Garnish with a lime and serve. Thank you for watching, for more information, go to Food.About.com.
