Transcript: Mix a Derelik

Hi. My name is Kevin Ang from the Royal Oak in Brooklyn New York, and today I'm going to show you how to make a Derelik.

Derelik Ingredients

For the Derelik you'll need:
  • 2 ounces of bourbon
  • 1 ounce of Cointreau
  • 2 ounces of ginger ale

Prepping Your Derelik Cocktail

To make the Derelik you'll need:
  • A shaker glass
  • About 2 wedges of orange
You'll want to muddle the orange with 3/4 ounce of Cointreau. You'll want to break into the skin to release the essence of the orange.

Mixing Your Derelik Cockatil

Add the two ounces of bourbon, fill it up with ice, shake hard. Use a collins glass, strain. Fill halfway with ice, and the rest with ginger ale. Add an orange wedge, cherry and there you have a Derelik.
