Transcript:How to Make Fried Pork With Spring OnionsI'm Jason Phipps, and today I'm going to show you how to make fried pork with spring onions. This recipe comes to us from About.com's Chinese cooking site.
Fried Pork Ingredients:
- 1/2 lb pork, shredded
- 1 tbsp rice wine
- 1 lb spring onions
- 2 tbsp superior light soy sauce
- 5 tbsp oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
Sauté Marinated Pork and Add OnionsMix the pork with the soy sauce and rice wine. Wash spring onions and cut into two inch lengths. Heat the oil and sauté the pork for a few minutes. When the pork changes color, add the spring onions and salt to taste. Mix well and remove from the heat before the spring onions begin to give off juice. Take care not to overcook the onions. Serve hot over rice.
